The Stella Maris Cottage is a peaceful retreat nestled among some of the best offerings of North Island.  A coastal home overlooking a vast tidal creek, the Stella Maris Cottage delivers comfort and tranquility, and is ideally located for a “Total Tybee Island” experience. This charming four-bedroom home has everything you are looking for in a Tybee vacation getaway.  The beach is a comfortable walk under 0.3 mile, and renowned Tybee attractions like the Historic Tybee Island Lighthouse and Marine Science Center are only 0.5 mile away. When you reserve "Stella Maris" you will be given a Tybee Parking Pass that will allow you to park one vehicle at any of the paid parking spots on Tybee - making going to the beach a breeze. Love to eat out?  Take a short stroll to reach some of Tybee’s most popular restaurants. Want to rent bikes or a golf cart?  Rentals for both are conveniently located nearby.  
Relax, unwind, and enjoy the calming Tybee breezes from the comfort of the screened-in porch, with cozy seating, as well as a spacious dining table for eight.  Enjoy a partial view of Historic Tybee Island Lighthouse, visible above the treetops, and delight in a variety of native birds that visit the tidal creek.

When it's time to prepare meals, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary endeavors. For cooks who prefer to grill, there is an outdoor grilling area with seating and a gas grill at the back side of the cottage.  Stella Maris Cottage has numerous inviting and comfortable outdoor spaces where you can gather to savor the coastal ambiance, including a small fire pit where you can share stories and gaze at the starlit sky.  
Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for your comfort. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, and an attached full bathroom, with a large, jetted tub. The two additional upstairs bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-size beds. The bonus of a fourth bedroom*, with a queen bed, is found on the lower level of the cottage in the “in-law” suite. The suite has a partial kitchen, full bathroom, dining table, and private access to the grilling area on the back side of the home. Each room is a peaceful sanctuary, ensuring a restful night's sleep after your island adventures.  
*To access the upper floor from the “in-law” suite, you must use the stairs on the outside of the home. There is no interior staircase that takes you from the home's top level to the lower level. The suite is perfect for those who do not prefer stairs, teens who want their own space, or a family with small children.
