Situated on an expansive gated home just two short blocks from Tybee's popular South Beach, this six-bedroom, five-bath estate offers one of the island's largest private pools, multiple living areas, a separate poolside apartment, and spacious accommodations for up to 14 guests. Combining resort-style amenities with an unbeatable location near the beach, restaurants, shops, and the Tybee Pier & Pavilion, Tybee Estates delivers a truly unique group vacation experience.

Perfectly positioned on a large corner lot, the home is fully gated and designed for both privacy and connection. Guests can spend their days lounging beside the oversized private pool, walking to the beach, exploring Tybee's South End attractions, or simply enjoying quality time together across the estate's multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. With parking for up to six vehicles, Tybee Estates makes group travel easy and convenient from arrival to departure. 

Inside, the main home features two spacious living rooms on the middle level, creating plenty of room for larger groups to spread out and relax. One living area overlooks the pool while the second sits adjacent to the dining room and large fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family meals, celebrations, and group gatherings. The generous kitchen offers ample prep space and everything needed for preparing meals for a crowd, while multiple dining and seating areas create a comfortable environment for entertaining throughout your stay.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, Tybee Estates offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms and five full bathrooms thoughtfully arranged across three spacious levels, creating an exceptional balance of privacy, comfort, and flexibility for families and groups traveling together. The middle floor serves as the home's primary sleeping level, anchored by a tranquil King suite tucked away at the end of the hallway and complete with a private ensuite bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat after a day on the island. A second guest suite features a Queen bed, television, double vanity, and a private ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, creating an inviting sanctuary for additional guests. Also on this level, a thoughtfully designed bunk room features a Double-over-Double bunk bed, providing a comfortable and versatile space for children, teens, or friends traveling together. A full hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located just outside the room. Completing the level is a flexible guest room offering two daybeds, one with a Twin trundle, creating additional sleeping accommodations ideal for younger guests or extended family while enhancing the home's spacious, group-friendly layout.

Occupying the entire top floor, the private primary suite offers a King bed, private ensuite step in shower, and two futons, creating a spacious retreat separated from the rest of the home. The lower-level poolside apartment provides even more privacy and flexibility, featuring a Queen bedroom with a daybed, a full bathroom, additional living area, dining space, and a second full kitchen. This separate apartment can be accessed through the interior staircase or its own exterior entrance, making it ideal for extended family members, grandparents, or guests seeking additional privacy during their stay.

Outdoor living is the centerpiece of the Tybee Estates experience. The oversized private pool is one of the largest residential pools on Tybee Island and is surrounded by ample lounge seating, gathering areas, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Whether you're hosting a family cookout, relaxing poolside after a beach day, or celebrating a special occasion with loved ones, the outdoor spaces create the perfect backdrop for memorable coastal vacations.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to parking for up to six vehicles on-site, making Tybee Estates one of the most convenient large-group vacation homes on Tybee Island. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.

Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.
