If 911 are needed, call them FIRST! You can reach our after-hours call person at 800-786-5889. Please leave a voicemail and someone will get back with you. We forward the phones to a cell phone and take this home with us. We are not open 24 hours a day.

Send it to us at 717 1st St. Tybee Island, GA 31328. Put the name of the home you are staying on the package, if possible. Don’t deliver it to the home as it may arrive before or after your stay.

You do not have to do anything with linens. If you want to gather your towels in one area, housekeeping would love you, however this is not a requirement. Leave linens on the beds, it is easier for housekeeping to keep up with everything.

  1. Load and start your dishwasher if you have dirty dishes. You do not have to unload it.
  2. Take your garbage to the outside receptacles.
  3. Bring your keys back to the office by 10am. There is a black drop box beside our front door if you leave before we open at 9am.

Our company policy is that you cannot receive your keys until that time. You can call the day before and we may be able to get you in an hour or so early, IF it is NOT rented the night before you arrive. (In summer, early check-ins would be RARE as we are usually at capacity) If someone checks out at 10am that morning, housekeeping will not be done cleaning until 3pm. If you come to check-in at 11am or even 2:30pm, you will need to return at 3pm to pick your keys up. We cannot give you keys before it is ready to occupy. We work hard to make sure everything is ready and clean for you. Maintenance may also be working to fix an issue. During summer, we book these homes back to back, so trying to get in to do routine maintenance is difficult. They need those 5 hours to maintain and keep the home beautiful!

We are at 717 1st St. just past the first stop light on the left. We are next door to the Chevron gas station and across the street from the post office. Our building is a yellow house with a turquoise roof. Our office is upstairs on the 2nd floor.  We do not have an elevator. If you cannot climb stairs or are disabled, call us when you arrive and we will come downstairs to help you. If you get to the 2nd stop light, you have gone too far. Turn around and look for us on the right after the 24 hour Ice Machine.

Yes, as long as you call with their names and they are at least 25 years old.  We will give them the keys and directions at 3pm. Some people think that adding the name to the guest list gives them permission, but it does not. You need to let us know if someone else is arriving first. If not, we will call you and ask your permission. This is difficult as you may be driving/flying and not able to answer. We cannot give them keys to your rental home without hearing from you. We do still need to see you to officially check-in and to get a copy of your ID. If you are arriving late, you may stop by the next day to see us.

No, housekeeping comes before your stay and after you leave. There are not fresh towels every day. There is a washer and dryer in each of our homes. (1 bedroom condos have a shared coin washer/dryer) If you want to schedule an additional cleaning, you may do so at an additional cost.

You  will have a regular drip Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. You may want to bring extra filters and your good coffee (if you prefer a certain kind.)  We give you a few filters, a few small packs of Maxwell House coffee and sugar/creamer packets.

Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach at any time. Tybee Police will fine you $300 for bringing your dog on the beach. Dogs are welcome at the two Tybee dog parks and you can take them even to some restaurants. You must have the pet on a leash.
