100% beach town and not commercialized. We had so much fun!
You described our island perfectly! Tybee Island is a small beach town that is not commercialized. We have lots of local shops, bars and restaurants with all public beaches. We are so happy you had fun at #3-18th Place. You picked a great location to be able to walk everywhere. Please come back and see us again soon!!

We stayed at this place and would highly recommend this place. Plenty of room. 3 bedrooms that slept 7. Very clean & everything was functional. 4 houses to beach and literally walking to the town where you could enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner. Shop and enjoy the community. Taking showers with great water pressure, we had other family members over with12 and had adequate seating space for food and drinks. Also plenty parking even though limited. We were attending a wedding, but our living quarters made the weekend. We would use this place AGAIN! Thank YouWe are so glad you enjoyed your stay at #3B 18th Place! Come again soon!

Great value for our money. Appreciated the starter supplies of toilet paper, detergent, etc. Very clean and comfortable seating and beds. Very nicely decorated with a real beach feel. My family recently stayed at #3B-18th Place. Great house and great rental company. As for the property--perfect location on a private drive at the south end of the island and super close beach access. As busy as Tybee was over the July 4th holiday, it never felt like it at the house. House layout and amenities were ideal--loved the deck/porch overlooking the beach. As for the rental company--easy check-in/check-out process and extra kudos for handling an issue with the gas grill the evening of the 4th of July. When I called to report I honestly didn't expect a response that night but within less than a half an hour the issue was fixed--we were very appreciative of the extra effort. Overall, a wonderful trip and we'd have no hesitation renting the property again or renting through Oceanfront Cottage, or recommending to others. Thanks!Hi Jim!
