Welcome to Tybee Seabatical, a spacious North End coastal retreat just steps from private community beach access. Designed for unforgettable family vacations, group getaways, and multi-generational stays, this three-story home offers generous indoor and outdoor living, entertainment space, and an unbeatable location near North Beach.
Perfectly positioned in one of Tybee Island’s most peaceful residential areas, guests are just minutes from North Beach, the Tybee Lighthouse, the Shops at the Oaks, and local favorites like Huc-a-Poos and Zunzibar. Enjoy a quieter island experience while still being close to dining, shopping, and attractions.
Inside, the main living level features an open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and comfortable seating centered around a large TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and all essentials for home-style cooking. The kitchen flows into a dining area ideal for shared meals and group gatherings, while a screened porch and adjacent deck with a porch swing extend the living space outdoors. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water adds convenience after beach days.
Entertainment is a highlight of the home, with a dedicated game room featuring a full-size slate pool table, dartboard, and flexible space for relaxing, playing games, or storing beach gear. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, Tybee Seabatical offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms thoughtfully spread across multiple levels for privacy and flexibility.
The primary suite (main level) features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking jacuzzi tub, creating a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach. Located on the upper level are two additional bedrooms, one with two double beds and private access to the balcony, and the other with two twin beds and two pull-out trundles. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom on the top floor, complete with a shower/tub combination.
A third full bathroom on the lower level includes a walk-in shower, providing added convenience for guests coming in from the beach or using the game and entry-level spaces. Outdoor living is abundant, with wraparound porches, multiple seating areas, a large yard, and an elevated sun deck, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening gatherings under the stars.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for up to four vehicles, with two inside the garage and two on the paved area outside. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.

I was nervous we'd be lugging our beach stuff and having to cross high traffic roads; however, this is a small private community and walking out the door is literally walking down a private drive path with little to no traffic (during our stay), and walking past a couple houses to the board walk. Easy and felt very comfortable letting the kids walk down by themselves.

Perfect home for a girls' weekend! It's a beautiful neighborhood, ideal for a bike ride or run. Close to food and a few steps from the beach! The highlight of our stay was seeing dolphins every afternoon at the beach.

This was our first trip to Tybee Island. We had the best Memorial Day weekend. The bedrooms are spaced out well and the family room was spacious for movie nights. It wasn’t too close to the commercial areas, so nice and quiet. We plan to come back in December to celebrate my wife's birthday.

We live in Savannah so this was a quick 30 minute drive to the beach for us. The home was spacious and big enough for my whole family to meet me to enjoy time together. We really enjoyed the large porches to be able to catch up with each other and enjoy our morning coffee.

We booked this home for our last trip before our baby is born. The beach was just a short walk at the end of the road so my wife was able to walk to the beach easily being pregnant. We can't wait to come back next time with our new baby!

Last minute trip for Easter with our family. My whole family enjoyed the beach house and how spacious it was. My kids enjoyed the game room and the porches. You are close to many restaurants and the lighthouse. We had the best time!

This property was very clean and so spacious. You are walking distance from a beach access which is so convenient when you have babies and beach gear. The house was everything we wanted and more. The check in/out process was so easy. We plan to be back next year.
