Welcome to 13th Perfection, a spacious coastal retreat just steps from the sand and the heart of Tybee Island. Offering six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, multiple ocean-view balconies, elevator access, and an unbeatable location near the island's most popular restaurants, shops, and attractions, this thoughtfully designed beach home was created for memorable family vacations, group getaways, and unforgettable days by the ocean.
Nestled along desirable 13th Street, 13th Perfection places guests in one of Tybee Island's most sought-after locations. Whether you're spending your days relaxing on the beach, exploring the island by bike, or enjoying an evening stroll along the shoreline, everything you need for the perfect Tybee vacation is right outside your door.
Designed with convenience in mind, 13th Perfection features sleeping accommodations spread across all three levels, allowing families and groups to enjoy both privacy and flexibility during their stay. Additional conveniences include an elevator servicing all floors, multiple refrigerator and beverage stations throughout the home, a laundry room, ample storage space for beach gear and vacation essentials, and parking at the home for up to three vehicles.
The top floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a bright open-concept living area designed for gathering and making memories together. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen provide the perfect setting for family meals and evenings spent together, while direct access to an ocean-view balcony invites guests to enjoy coastal breezes and stunning Tybee sunrises. This level also includes two guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with convenient access to a shared hallway bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination.
The middle level features include, a primary suite with a king bed, ocean views, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and corner soaking tub. An additional guest bedroom also features a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a convenient kitchenette and laundry facilities that provide added comfort and flexibility.
On the ground level, guests will find a comfortable secondary living area complete with a seating area, television, kitchenette, and full-size refrigerator. This level also includes two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, creating the perfect setup for children, teenagers, or additional family members.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to parking for up to three vehicles at the home. Additional vehicles may be parked at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with a complimentary parking pass provided by our team. Please contact us prior to arrival so we can coordinate additional parking arrangements and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.

We booked this last minute moving from another VRBO for extended stay after fleeing the Tampa Bay Area for Hurricane Milton. We had an entire family + and had special accommodations with our animals that this host was more than willing to accommodate. This property is beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and right on the beach over a walkway bridge. 10/10 recommend. We hope to come back soon!! The house was really perfect for us. The bedrooms on every level fit all of us. There was a ton of space to spread out. The top floor was the living area/kitchen/dining area where we spent the most time and the balcony and view of the water was wonderful. Sunrises and coffee from that balcony every morning were fabulous! There was always a great breeze out there even on the hottest days. We really liked having 2 full sized refrigerators on the top and bottom level (and a mini-fridge in between). The extra coffee maker on the 2nd floor was a bonus also. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware for a large group. It was great to be so close to the beach (steps from the beach access) and to restaurants and shops. We did have an issue with the air conditioner on the main level, but Oceanfront was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property.
