Offering sweeping Atlantic views, a private pool and hot tub, elevator access, expansive wraparound porches, and over 3,300 square feet of coastal living space, this six-bedroom retreat was designed for large family gatherings, multi-generational vacations, and unforgettable group getaways. Perfectly positioned in a quiet, no-through-traffic community, guests enjoy a rare sense of privacy while still being just steps from private beach access. The home is also within walking distance of the Tybee Lighthouse, Jaycee Park, bike paths, and local island attractions.
Inside, the home features a bright open-concept layout designed for comfort and connection. The main living area showcases ocean views, a large flat-screen TV, and an oversized sectional perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The adjacent dining area features a large reclaimed wood table with seating for up to 14 guests, while a second dining space off the kitchen adds additional flexibility for meals and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, a gas cooktop, double ovens, and generous prep space designed for large-group cooking. A built-in desk area provides a convenient workspace for remote needs, and a conveniently located half bathroom is attached just off the kitchen for easy access from the main living and entertaining areas.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, 7 Palmwood Court features six bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, all located on the upper level for convenience and privacy. The primary suite offers a king bed, ocean views, HDTV, walk-in closet with built-in storage, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The upper level is home to five beautifully appointed guest bedrooms designed with comfort and flexibility in mind. A spacious King bedroom enjoys unobstructed ocean views, creating a peaceful retreat by the sea. Two additional guest rooms are furnished with Queen beds and inviting coastal-inspired décor, while the remaining two bedrooms each offer King beds, providing comfortable and flexible accommodations for larger families and groups.
Two full hallway bathrooms, each with a tub and shower combination, conveniently serve the upper-level bedrooms. An additional half bathroom is located just off the main living area, offering added convenience for guests gathering in the home's shared spaces.
Outdoor living is the highlight of this home. A wraparound oceanfront porch spans the home, offering multiple seating areas perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, and sunset gatherings. The private pool and spa area create a resort-style atmosphere surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, complete with a hot tub, built-in seating, outdoor shower, and lounge space designed for all-day enjoyment. What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to parking for Parking for four vehicles – 2 cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway (only 2 allowed in the driveway at any time; all others must be parked in the garage) If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.
*This home offers pool heating for an additional fee of $30 per day which can be added to your reservation after booking. Must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The hot tub and pool cannot be heated at the same time.
*The pool area is closed daily after 9:00 PM to respect neighboring homes.
*For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located by the pool.*

Our stay at 7 Palmwood, was a perfect getaway, for our family. The house is absolutely Beautiful. The view from the front porch, was stunning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but probably our favorite, was the easy beach access. The boardwalk is located in the side yard, which takes you directly to the sand. No close public access, so gives you the feel, of your own private space. Tybee Island, has quickly became one of our favorite places to be.Thank you so much for such a wonderful review! 7 Palmwood Court was absolutely Beautiful!!!!! Located on the beach, with boardwalk access, right at the side yard, made our daily walks in the sand, such a dream. The huge front porch, was perfect for morning coffee, and afternoon cocktails. We even enjoyed a few meals out there. Would highly recommend, and hope to bring the family back, in the near future.

We spent the week in this beautiful home with our grown children and 3 grandkids. The open floor plan downstairs was great for us all to be together. We loved having so many king sized beds. Location was perfect to access the beach and pool was a great break from the beach. The house was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our week and would love to go back!

First off, every member of the family told me they had a fantastic time here. The house was spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the views were incredible. The garage fit our three vehicles, the elevator made getting luggage to the bedrooms a breeze, and having two laundry dryers made washing clothes and towels go quick. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of stove burners and a dual oven to help get things cooking. Being within an easy walk to the beach was icing on the cake of this property. The kids loved the Marine Science Center that was just a 1/4 mile walk up the beach. The pool and spa were great ways to play and relax when we wanted water without waves. Sitting on the porch watching the boats go by, feeling the breeze, and hearing the ocean waves was a relaxing way to while away the hours.
