Welcome to Tenth Street Retreat, an extraordinary coastal escape located just steps from the beach on Tybee Island's desirable South End. Offering panoramic ocean views, a rooftop sun deck, elevator access, multiple living areas, and over 5,400 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this exceptional five-bedroom home was created for unforgettable family vacations, multi-generational gatherings, and group getaways by the coast. Perfectly positioned just steps from the beach crossover, Tenth Street Retreat makes it easy to enjoy the sand and surf throughout your stay while remaining close to South End restaurants, shops, and attractions.
The top floor serves as the home's main gathering space, featuring a bright open-concept living area with comfortable seating, a convenient half bathroom, expansive windows, and beautiful ocean views. The gourmet kitchen offers high-end appliances, abundant prep space, and generous seating at both the dining table and oversized breakfast bar. Large doors open onto a covered porch with outdoor dining and sweeping Atlantic views. A spacious guest suite featuring a queen bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower with built-in seating, double vanity, private water closet, and a walk-in closet with an additional stacked washer and dryer completes the top floor.
The middle level provides even more room to relax, featuring a second living area with plush seating, a wet bar, full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dining tables. Three guest suites are located on this floor, each furnished with a queen bed and private bathroom accommodations. Two feature ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and built-in seating, while the third offers an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. One bedroom also includes a crib for families traveling with young children. A half bathroom and full-size laundry room complete this level.
On the ground floor, guests will find a bedroom for the rest of the crew, with four twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests, along with a nearby full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. This level also includes a spacious recreation room with comfortable seating, a television, DVD player, pool table, and elevator access.
Outdoor living is woven throughout the home. The expansive covered porch offers multiple seating and dining areas overlooking the ocean, while the rooftop sun deck provides unforgettable views of Tybee Island's coastline and the Atlantic Ocean. Whether enjoying sunrise coffee, afternoon sunshine, or evenings under the stars, these outdoor spaces create the perfect backdrop for a coastal getaway.

Great location and house! So much room, even though we had 11 girls we all felt we had more than enough space. Quick walk to the beach or to the downtown restaurants and bars.

We have stayed at Tybee several times, in many different homes, and 10th Street Retreat is our new favorite. We will definitely stay here again. It's perfect for a large family! And the rooftop deck is phenomenal! As for Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, they were fabulous to work with. They reached out to let me know there was an issue with the air conditioner before we checked in. Yes, stuff happens. They provided a portable unit for each bedroom, and purchased many new fans to keep things cool for us. They checked with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable, which we were. The part came in and the issue was resolved very quickly. We were all very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I'd leave more stars for them if I could. Thanks to all who helped us!!We are overjoyed that 10th Street Retreat is your new favorite! Thank you for being so understanding as we got the AC up and running again. The layout of the house is really great. And it is close to the beach access. Also this was probably the cleanest beach house we have ever rented.
