The boardwalk to the beach is less than fifty feet from your doorstep! The open, covered porch has plenty of seating and space for relaxing and the rooftop deck has several chaises and chairs for your total relaxation.
The top floor living area is an open floor plan with the kitchen and the views showcased as the heart of the home. The living area has ample seating and is perfect for your entire vacation group to gather. The large gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with everything needed to prepare, and serve, the simplest or most elaborate cuisine. The large dining table can accommodate 8 with additional seating for 6 at the dining bar overlooking the kitchen. There is also a dining space at 2 tables on the large covered porch. There is a half bath powder room located off of the kitchen and living area convenient for all guests to use.
All mattresses and pillows in this home are protected with the best encasements on the market today, rendering them allergen-free for your comfort and protection.
The large, stately top floor bedroom has a queen bed with an enormous attached full, double vanity bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet with lots of space. It also boasts its own stacked, apartment-size washer and dryer within the walk-in closet. The toilet is in its own location across from the walk-in shower for complete privacy. The Walk-in shower is very spacious and includes a tiled, built-in seat.
The middle floor has its own living area as well as a huge, enclosed wrap-around porch. The living room has a mini kitchen/wet bar area with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and two dining tables.
There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, all with queen beds and one even has a crib. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers with built-in seats and one has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination for bathing young children. All 3 bedrooms on this floor have their own separate closets within.
There is also a large, welcoming foyer, a half bath close to the foyer and common living spaces, and a large laundry room with a deep sink, counter, and cabinet space, and a full-size HE washer and dryer.
The ground floor has a large bedroom with 4 twin beds and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower located just across from it. There is also a large living area with a TV, DVD player, seating, and a pool table. The living area with a pool table is also where the elevator is accessed on the ground floor, with 2 doors, one next to the TV area and one next to the bathroom, that opens into the garage, making the transport of luggage and groceries a Tybee breeze!

These spaces, while beautiful and view-enhancing, are high and shall be utilized properly. No climbing, walking, or sitting on railings is allowed. Absolutely no climbing over any railing of any kind to access the roof or other side of the railing is permitted. Children should be strictly monitored with no access to any open areas while unsupervised. This is for the safety, peace of mind, and well-being of all our guests, as well as that of management and owners. Please pay strict attention to these rules and adhere accordingly.
