Welcome to 104 Pelican's Landing, a spacious coastal retreat located in the heart of Tybee Island's lively South End. Offering a private covered balcony, elevator access, community pool privileges, parking, and an unbeatable location just a short stroll from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, shops, and entertainment, this inviting three-bedroom condo was designed for memorable family vacations, couples' getaways, and relaxing coastal escapes.
Perfectly situated on the beach side of Butler Avenue, 104 Pelican's Landing places guests within walking distance of many of Tybee Island's most popular attractions. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, enjoy afternoons on the beach, or explore the island's local restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife without ever needing to move your car. The convenient South End location allows guests to experience the best of Tybee Island right outside their door.
Inside, the bright and spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to the private covered balcony, creating the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day in the sun. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats eight guests, while the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a double convection oven, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, and ample counter space for preparing everything from quick beach snacks to family dinners.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, the condo features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom features two full beds and convenient access to the shared hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the same full hallway bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for any type of group.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private covered balcony, where coastal breezes and the laid-back atmosphere of Tybee Island create the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Guests also enjoy access to the nearby community pool at Sea & Breeze, along with shared charcoal grilling areas, providing additional opportunities to enjoy the outdoors between beach adventures. Guests will have access to two covered parking spaces located directly at the home. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.

Had a great great time with just a short walk to the beach. They provided a pack n play with a high chair. There were 2 parking spaces and the condo is right next to the elevator. Check out time is a little early.

Everything we needed and close to everything we wanted!!
104 Pelicans Landing is a prime spot only a block away from the beach and the Tybee Pier & Pavilion. I hope you utilized the community pool next door in addition to the beach. There are so many options for a great vacation that will meet everyone's wants and needs that comes to Tybee.

We had never been to Tybee Island before but we will be back. This condo is so comfortable, spacious and cute. The living and dining area are perfect for a small group. Everything is so beachy and fresh. There is pool access next door but we didn't go because we mainly went to the beach which is just down the road. The couch was so relaxing after the end of a day in the sun and the large dining table was perfect for games. We will be back!

This was a nice condo very close to the beach. No need to drive to the beach and was close to area shops and the pier. Condo was nice and clean and suitable for having children. There was a high chair and pack and play already there. We found the condo to have plenty of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Large refrigerator. It was clean and well maintained. We even found the starter pack of garbage bags, paper towels, and etc. was sufficient for most of our stay which was 7 nights. The only recommendation I would have is switching the mattress in the master bedroom to a memory foam. The shower in the master bedroom was so handy when coming back from the beach to wash off the children as well as the adults. Would definitely consider staying in the same location again!
