Welcome to 'Bay Breezes'—an affordable and charming one-bedroom condo nestled on the waterfront of Tybee Island, Georgia. Located within the gated Beach and Racquet Club, this delightful seaside retreat offers stunning bay views and many amenities.
From your private balcony, immerse yourself in the beauty of Tybee Island, where you can catch glimpses of playful dolphins frolicking in the bay and watch colossal container ships navigate into Savannah's vibrant ports. This serene side of Tybee is celebrated for its rich wildlife and fantastic shell-collecting opportunities, making it a perfect haven for nature lovers. Birdwatching enthusiasts will also delight in the variety of migratory birds that frequent the area.
Enjoy access to two inviting pools and tennis courts, or join in on the fun at the Pickleball court, where you can enjoy friendly matches with the two paddles provided in the condo! Take a leisurely stroll to nearby attractions, including the Shops at the Oaks, Huc-a-Poos restaurant, and Tybean Coffee shop.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, and the comfortable living area includes a full-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests. The private bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the condo's full bathroom. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi available in the condo, as well as in the pool and clubhouse areas. If grilling is on your vacation to-do list, don't forget to make use of the community grilling area located by the clubhouse.

Important Notes: For a comfortable stay, please remember that smoking is not permitted on the property grounds, including the balcony and condo. Golf carts are not allowed in the Savannah Beach & Racquet Club Community. Parking is available for one vehicle only, and while there is a washer and dryer on-site, they are not located in the unit but right across the hallway from "Bay Breezes."

Literally steps away from the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean, dolphins, boats, and sunset! North beach was quiet and peaceful and the Bay Breeze condo was clean and comfortable! It was a great stay and I will be back!

This was my family’s first trip to Tybee Island, and we enjoyed it so much that we are already planning another trip! Favorite things about this condo: -2nd floor unobstructed view of the water with dolphins almost constantly swimming by throughout the day. -This unit is very convenient for pool & beach time, with only one flight of steps that lead directly to the pool & boardwalk to the beach. -My family of 5 was perfectly accommodated with the queen bed, open bunks in the hallway, and pull out couch. The queen bed was the most comfortable of any rental we have ever stayed in. -I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. The tile floors are in perfect condition, and it is nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The only “wish” I had was a better pan to cook with on the stovetop. -Friendly staff & family oriented atmosphere. We were very satisfied with the condo, pool, and beach area. The water was very calm, extremely small waves - perfect for smaller children or inexperienced swimmers. The beach was clean & well-managed, and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous! My family hopes to make this a regular vacation spot for years to come!
