Welcome to The Vue 233, a beautifully located ocean-view condo in the heart of Tybee Island’s Beachside Colony Resort on Butler Avenue. This inviting two-bedroom, two-bath retreat offers partial Atlantic Ocean views, a private balcony, resort-style amenities, elevator access, and one of the most walkable and convenient mid-island locations on Tybee. Perfectly positioned just steps from Memorial Park and a short walk to the beach crossover, The Vue 233 places guests in one of Tybee Island’s most desirable and family-friendly resort communities. Guests can easily walk to the beach, on-site oceanfront restaurant, nearby playgrounds, tennis courts, and local dining.
Inside, the condo features a bright open-concept layout designed for comfort and easy coastal living. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV, creating a relaxed space to unwind after a day at the beach. Sliding glass doors open directly to a private ocean-view balcony, where guests can enjoy morning coffee, evening breezes, and views of the resort pools and Atlantic horizon.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. A connected dining area offers comfortable seating for shared meals and family gatherings, making the space ideal for both short getaways and extended stays.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, The Vue 233 features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, ocean views, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and full length vanity. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with access to a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway for added convenience.
Outdoor living is a highlight of this condo. The private balcony overlooks the resort grounds and offers partial ocean views along with sightlines to the two community pools below. It’s the perfect spot to relax, dine outdoors, or enjoy Tybee’s coastal breezes throughout the day.
As part of Beachside Colony Resort, guests enjoy access to two swimming pools, an on-site oceanfront restaurant and bar, and direct beach access just a short walk from the home, creating a true resort-style experience on Tybee Island. What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to parking for up to two standard vehicles, including covered parking within the Beachside Colony Resort structure. Please note that oversized vehicles may have restrictions due to height clearance. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.
Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.

We were staying for a 100th birthday party for one of the occupants. The condo was easy to move around in and easy to have a walker in.
Wow, that is surely something to celebrate. The Vue 233 is one of my favorites, thank you for the review this is good information for potential guests that also have a walker. What could we have done better to get a 5-star?

This was on the 3rd floor, great view, even from the couch, of the ocean. Nice pool area with restaurant and bar, nice unit, had plenty of basic supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags. We brought a dog, so the only negative for us was 3rd floor for potty times. We would go back to this development again!

It was a great location! No bugs just hugs! Great restaurant there and quick access to the beach. My dog and I could watch the sunrise from our balcony! The dog area was small, but I could take her across the street for plenty of dog walking. I would stay there again!

It has a pool, park across the street, beach, and beachside restaurant. I am so glad you loved it as much as we do. Please bring your dog back and stay with us again.

My grown daughter and I loved the location and access to beach, pools, and food at The Deck restaurant. Ocean was visible from balcony as was the pool area. Condo was clean and spacious and elevator helped to carry up to go orders of food and carry down pool supplies. I saw no other housing option on Tybee Beach that I thought looked more enjoyable than staying at The Vue condo we were in.

Loved the property. Had everything we needed. Management was very friendly and quick to fix a couple of small problems we had. Short walk to an uncrowded beach and a very nice pool area. Restaurant was amazing and we always got great service. Definitely plan to come again!!

We spent 3 nights at The Vue 233 in Tybee for our friend's daughter's wedding. What a beautiful condo! It was so spacious- lots of room in the living area, with a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar open to the living room. The balcony had a view of the pool and the ocean on the horizon. Beautiful grounds, too. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to return!
