Nestled within a quiet mid-island community, this beautifully appointed two-bedroom retreat offers an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, placing the beach quite literally at your doorstep. Perfectly positioned along Tybee Island's desirable Mid-Island shoreline, the townhome offers easy access to both relaxation and adventure. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise over the Atlantic from your private balcony, enjoy afternoons on the beach just steps away, or take a leisurely walk to nearby Memorial Park, local restaurants, coffee shops, and island boutiques. The home's central location also makes exploring the Tybee Island Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, South End Pier, and historic downtown Savannah effortless.
The main living level welcomes guests with a bright, open-concept design centered around breathtaking ocean views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light while framing the Atlantic beyond. Comfortable furnishings invite guests to unwind after a day on the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous workspace, and everything needed to prepare vacation favorites. The adjoining dining area creates the perfect gathering place for family meals, game nights, and conversation. A convenient half bathroom and full-size washer and dryer complete the main level.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, the upper level features two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The oceanfront primary suite features a luxurious King bed, breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views, and direct access to the shared bathroom, where expansive windows invite guests to wake each morning to spectacular coastal sunrises. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed along with a Twin daybed and Twin trundle, providing flexible accommodations for children, additional guests, or families traveling together.
One of the home's most memorable features is its private oceanfront balcony. Enjoy coffee while watching the waves roll ashore, spend afternoons listening to the sounds of the surf, or unwind beneath colorful coastal sunsets. What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have parking accommodations for up to two standard-sized vehicles in the parking area directly outside the townhome. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.
Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.

My family and I just spent 5 nights at this location and we wanted to stay longer. The condo is very nice, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. The couch is very comfortable if someone would need to sleep on it. It’s directly on the beach and the view from the balcony and the upstairs master bedroom is extremely beautiful. I would be nit picking if I tried to complain about anything at all really. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to return to it myself. By Bryan D, Posted: 04/25/2025Just a suggestion: you get some materials and then the signs in the apartment that say don't do this or that or you'll be charged. Toilet, I get it but a little much. Ac freezing up sign or you'll be charged. Etc. just not very welcoming. Overall it was fine.

Super cute little condo right on the beach! It is in a less busy part of the island but with in walking distance to food, drinks, convenient store, ice cream, coffee, liquor etc. there are a few people that seem to live in the units full time. Very nice the lady I met. Overall great stay. Unit was super clean! Well stocked and nicely decorated.

Great vacation with my parents. Everything was just as advertised. Perfect location & accommodations. The only negative was none of the bathroom outlets worked & only a couple of the bedroom outlets worked properly.

Our vacation property got all the big things right. The view was spectacular!! Wi-Fi and TV service worked great, and the management company was responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor items which could have been better: several electrical outlets did not work and several boxes of floor tile and grout were sitting in the main living area when we arrived. All in all we were very happy with unit and would not hesitate to rent it in the future.

Great spot.. location was perfect… Morning views of sunrise from bedroom or the killer deck out back… North end of island quiet and walkable to everything..!!! Had a great time and this condo was perfect…. Well stocked with utensils towels and all you would need.. A short walk to IGA if you needed anything..! Great spot easy in and out….
