I will give this place a rating of 5 stars because it was very clean and had a really nice stocked kitchen. Everything seemed new and was close to the beach. Also had an elevator to make it easier to take stuff up to the condo area. Had a wonderful view of the ocean from the Master bedroom, living room and balcony. My only complaint is that there was no fold out bed with the living room couch, as was stated on the website when we booked the place in December or January. It says it sleeps 10 but without that , it only sleeps 8. The furniture had been switched and excluded the pullout couch. New couch is blue (with no pull out bed) not red like the picture. Called the Manager and they brought us an air mattress but it is still not the same when you have 8 adults and 3 children. 1 child the size of an adult. The bunk bedroom is hard to put an adult up at the top because it is so close to the ceiling. Again, I want to say that we really loved the place and would go back, but now that we know about the sleeping arrangements, that would make a little difference in our plans.

This was the absolute cleanest condo we have ever rented! It was super nice, convenient to many places and very quiet. Our family thoroughly enjoyed everything about the unit, it was really beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place!
