Just steps from private beach walkovers and the quiet North Beach shoreline, this two-bedroom retreat blends coastal comfort, resort-style amenities, and an unbeatable location for dolphin watching, sunrise strolls, and laid-back island living.
Perfectly positioned near the Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grill, the Marine Science Center, and scenic riverfront viewpoints, guests enjoy a quieter side of the island while still being close to dining, nature trails, and local attractions. Watch massive container ships pass through the Savannah River channel or spend your day between the beach and the pool.
Inside, the condo features a bright, open-concept layout designed for easy coastal living. The living area offers comfortable seating, a large TV, and sliding glass doors that open to a covered balcony with ocean and dune views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything needed for preparing meals at home, while a dining area nearby provides a comfortable space for shared meals and game nights.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, Lighthouse Surf Shack 33C offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom, which offers a tub and shower combination.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will enjoy the convenience of two dedicated parking spaces located directly beneath the building. The spaces are positioned directly in front of one another and are conveniently located adjacent to the complex elevators, making loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and beach gear quick and effortless throughout your stay. Parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.

We enjoyed the quiet aspect of North beach, great seashell picking and to be able see, and almost swim with the dolphins being so close, just amazing! The pool was awesome too, kept very clean! You guys were very responsive and helpful to any needs we had, which were none other than our own curiosities. Would come back and stay again 😊

A month before spring break we decided to take a trip. Tybee island was our destination, this condo checked off all the things, close to the beach, parking, sleeping, two bathrooms, kitchen and a pool. The location was great, check in was very easy, great parking spot for our SUV, kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms spacious and have a washer and dryer was great. Porch was a good size and the five of us sat many a nights out there.

The condo was clean and spacious and everything we needed for a week on Tybee. The ocean views were wonderful. I had never seen ships so close to shore before. I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s got everything our family of 4 needs for a week. Great location if you’re looking for a quiet beach. Loved watching the big ships come and go from the Savannah! My only complaints about the condo is the light on the power strip in the main bedroom is super bright (easy fix to turn it off at night) and we had trouble figuring out the tv.
