Inness Free is located in Tybee Island's "Captain's Row" neighborhood. This neighborhood has two beach access points that are not available to anyone other than guests and residents. After entering the home, an inviting staircase will take you from the foyer/garage level to the middle floor. The middle level of this home is the spacious living area level. On this level is the screened-in porch with ocean views. Watch large ships that look like floating cities make their way from the Atlantic Ocean into the Savannah River.  The comfortable living room has a large TV, plenty of seating - complete with a sleeper sofa. The open kitchen overlooks the dining table that seats 8. There is also a conveniently located 1/2 Bathroom on this level. 

On the top floor of this ocean view home are three bedrooms. 
BEDROOM 1 - The King Suite has an attached full bathroom, a separate jetted tub with ocean views, and a private balcony with breathtaking views. 
BEDROOM 2 - Comfortable Queen bedroom with TV.  
BEDROOM 3 - Spacious bedroom with 2 Twin beds. There is a TV in this room.
Off of the hallway is a full guest bath with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is located immediately across the hallway from Bedrooms 2 & 3.  

There is a small game room located off of the garage. This is a perfect area to store your beach gear and rinse and shake the sand off before retreating upstairs to your vacation home. The gas grill is located on the bottom level of this home. 

This Tybee rental also allows you to bring your dog (weight limit 35 lbs). There is an additional fee if you decide to bring pets. Also, please be aware that pets cannot go on Tybee beaches. Tybee is very pet-friendly and even has two dog parks!
