Welcome to Atlantic Sunrise, an oceanfront retreat offering breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views, a covered oceanfront porch, pet-friendly accommodations, and an unbeatable walkable location near the Tybee Pier & Pavilion, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, this charming two-bedroom condo was designed for memorable beach vacations and relaxing coastal escapes.
One of the home's most desirable features is its exceptional oceanfront location. Located directly on Strand Avenue, Atlantic Sunrise places guests just steps from the beach while providing easy access to many of Tybee Island's most popular attractions. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise over the Atlantic from the porch swing, enjoy afternoons on the sand, and stroll to nearby restaurants, shops, festivals, and entertainment without ever needing to move your car.
The inviting living area offers ample seating, a large HDTV, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, Tybee Pier, and Pavilion. Coastal-inspired décor and driftwood-style flooring create a relaxed beach atmosphere throughout the space. The adjoining dining area provides seating for four, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar, creating the perfect setting for family meals, morning coffee, or evening gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample prep space and everything needed for preparing beach snacks, seafood dinners, and vacation favorites.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, Atlantic Sunrise features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a King bed, HDTV, private entrance access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, HDTV, and convenient access to the shared hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional sleeping accommodations are provided with a guest air mattress, offering flexibility for families or additional visitors.
Outdoor living is a highlight of Atlantic Sunrise. The covered oceanfront porch features oversized captain's chairs and a double porch swing, creating the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, watch dolphins offshore, or unwind while taking in panoramic ocean views. With the beach directly outside your door and Tybee's famous pier just moments away, guests can fully embrace the island's laid-back coastal lifestyle. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, couples retreat, small family vacation, or pet-friendly beach escape, Atlantic Sunrise offers the perfect combination of location, comfort, and oceanfront charm.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to parking for up to two standard-sized vehicles in the covered parking area beneath the building. Vehicles must fit within the height restrictions of the parking area. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.
Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.

Atlantic Sunrise did not disappoint! We enjoyed an amazing oceanfront vacation. Tye condo was clean, nicely decorated and not over done. Bed was comfortable, loved the kitchen for cooking & washer & dryer. The swing was my favorite to relax on the evenings people watching. Tye condo being located right next door to Fannie's restaurant & walking distance to the shops & pier was a huge plus. Only steps from the beach to use the bathroom or just rest or take a lunch break was super convenient. We will definitely look to stay here again for our next visit to Tybee. We will for sure reach out for this company to be a future place to stay when we return to this area. The location to beach was AWESOME! The condo/apt was CLEANEST IVE EVER STAYED IN! It was well taken care of and the view was nice and we loved the swing and extra tall rockers we were able to see over the dunes to see waves on beach. I didn’t like that the closet doors were messed up in the queen sized room but fortunately we didn’t have anyone there with us so we only kept luggage in that room but thinks it needed to have been fixed prior to anyone staying there.Thank you for your review! We are so happy that you enjoyed this vacation and we hope to see you again!

Very convenient to all of Tybee’s shopping and restaurants. We walked to most places. Two minute walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

Cute condo right by the beach in a really popular area with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Great sunrises over the beach!!! This isn't a knock on the place at all but just something I wished I would have known so for other renting this place- you need to bring all edible cooking things you need as there are no spices or oils or even salt and pepper. Additionally bring extra blankets of you are cold as there aren't any extras. I would definitely come again!

What we loved most about this condo was the cleanliness and decor....not to mention it's right across from the ocean . This was our first time to visit coastal Georgia and what a surprise. We never knew that Tybee Island was such a lovely beach and so close to Savannah. Oceanfront Cottage Rentals was so helpful with our reservations and suggestions on things to do. The condo was spotless and the decor was tasteful and inviting! We did everything that the nice folks at Oceanfront suggested in Savannah as well and were not disappointed . Nice to stay at the beach and be able to have Savannah so close by!
