Offering breathtaking water views, a private floating dock and covered gazebo, a spacious screened porch, dog-friendly accommodations, and room for up to 10 guests, this inviting four-bedroom home was designed for memorable family vacations, fishing trips, and relaxing island getaways. Guests can enjoy watching dolphins play in the river, taking in views of Little Tybee Island, and experiencing some of Tybee's most spectacular sunrises right from the home.

Inside, the home features a bright open-concept layout designed for gathering and making memories together. The comfortable living room offers ample seating and a large television, while the adjacent dining area showcases beautiful water views and plenty of seating for shared meals. The updated kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed for preparing fresh seafood dinners, family breakfasts, and vacation favorites. Just off the dining area, a large screened porch provides the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails, or peaceful afternoons overlooking the river.
The home offers thoughtfully designed accommodations with convenient bathroom access throughout. Both King bedrooms have the added privacy of a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests staying in the additional bedrooms can utilize the shared walk-in shower located on the main level near the game room. The ground-floor sleeper sofa provides flexible sleeping accommodations with convenient access to the nearby walk-in shower, making the home well-suited for families and groups traveling together.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to four on site parking spaces directly located at the home. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.
Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.

This was the perfect spot for me and my friends to stay for an extended weekend. The views are gorgeous, the house was wonderful, with more than enough room for the 5 adults and one child in our party. The stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep, if that’s an issue, but the view from the upstairs balcony at sunset was well worth it!

We have stayed at several places with Oceanfront and enjoyed them all. This one, just wow! The view is beyond amazing. The screened in porch, you can sit outside when it’s raining and still enjoy the beautiful view. The large dining room table is very nice, we have family in Savannah and we had room for them with all the seating. I will definitely rent this next year for our vacation. Love this placeThat is simply wonderful to hear!! We love to hear that our guests enjoy all parts of our home from the views to the furnishings. Please come back again....and again!! The house was great. 10 out of 10 Would definitely recommend this house for anyone with a large family. House had everything you could need and plenty of space. The only downside of the weekend was the weather (rain all day Saturday and 30 mph wind), but the house was plenty big enough that even though we were inside all day we did not feel couped up. Thank you for your hospitality.
This is absolutely wonderful to hear! The owner has been refreshing the house with a new furniture that is perfect for a large group including an extra long dining table and large comfy couch! Please come back soon and we will hope for you for no rain! Hope to see you soon at Doc House!

My family and I stay on Tybee every year. This was our first time staying at the Doc House, but it was our favorite! The furniture is spacious and comfortable with enough seating for all of us. The beds were lovely. The showers were very nice. Check-In and Check-Out were painless, no-contact experiences. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something in the area.Thank you for your review of Doc House!
