Updated booking policies 2020

Arrivals between May 1st, 2020 to May 31st, 2020:

If we have to cancel your reservation for any reason we will offer you a full refund*.
If you decide to cancel your reservation, within 7 days of your arrival, for any reason you may receive a refund minus a 7% processing fee.
If you decide to cancel your reservation, for any reason, you may receive a full credit to reschedule for a future stay before December 31st, 2021.

Arrivals between June 1st, 2020 to August 31st, 2020:

If we have to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will offer you a full refund*.
If you decide to cancel your reservation, within 10 days of your arrival, for any reason, you may receive a full credit for a future stay. The credit must be used for a stay that occurs before December 31st, 2021. No refunds will be given for reservations made after April 21st, 2020.
If you decide to cancel your reservation, less than 10 days from your arrival, for any reason, you may receive a full credit but are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee.

Arrivals between September 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020:

We understand that a lot of people are not in the same financial situations they were in before the Coronavirus pandemic. In light of this, we are relaxing our usual 50% deposit fee requirement for reservations made during these dates. Guests are only asked to pay 25%, at the time of booking, to reserve their fall vacation. Another 25% payment will be due 60 days in advance of your arrival date.
We advise that all guests consider purchasing Travel Protection Insurance for future stays. Although the insurance does not cover cancellations due to pandemics, it will cover mandatory hurricane evacuations, other illnesses, etc.. At this time, all reservations made during this time are subject to our standard cancelation policy.

*Travel Insurance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
