Blending timeless Southern architecture with modern comforts, Casa Verde is perfectly suited for family reunions, multi-generational gatherings, executive retreats, and memorable group escapes.

Ideally located just moments from North Beach, guests can easily explore the island’s most beloved attractions, including the lighthouse, the Tybee Island Marine Science Center, local dining, and nearby shops, all while enjoying the privacy and exclusivity of a private coastal estate. Elevator access serves all three levels, and parking is available for up to five vehicles.

The home's six thoughtfully appointed sleeping spaces are designed to provide comfort, privacy, and flexibility for groups of up to 14 guests. The top floor serves as the heart of the home, where a grand living room, gourmet kitchen with dining counter and breakfast nook, and a formal dining area create an inviting space for entertaining and gathering. The primary suite serves as a private sanctuary featuring a King bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a classic clawfoot soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Adjacent to the King bedroom is a den with a twin trundle bed, making it ideal for children.

The middle floor offers a secondary living room and four private guest suites, many with access to the expansive balcony overlooking the pool, Tybee Lighthouse, and the Atlantic Ocean. One guest suite features a Queen bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Two additional suites offer King beds, private balcony access, and ensuite bathrooms with tub and shower combinations, with one suite also featuring a dedicated workspace. The fourth suite includes a Queen bed, a spacious closet, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to parking accommodations for up to five vehicles, including two garage spaces and three driveway spaces.  If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.

Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.

*Please note that guests are welcome to enjoy outdoor firepits, but Oceanfront Cottage Rentals does not provide the propane.*
