Description
Brass Rail Condos are located on the beachside of Butler Avenue between 15th Street and Tybrisa Street. This gated condo oasis is one of Tybee Island's newest complexes and features two pools and a hot tub. While staying at the complex you will be within 20 yards to the popular south beach.

Brass Rail 105 is located on the first floor above the parking garage. This updated luxury condo is one of the rare condos that feature a poolside patio and ocean view balcony. The poolside patio has a large outdoor table with seating for 8, sun lounge chairs and a gas grill. The ocean view balcony off of the living room and the master bedroom has an outdoor table with seating for 4 and two plush chairs to relax with a coffee or your vacation beverage of choice.

The home has bamboo and tile floors throughout. The open living space floor plan is perfect for gathering with your entire vacation group. The living room is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating. Separating the living room area and the kitchen is a formal dining table with seating for 6. There is additional seating at the dine on kitchen countertop. The beautifully updated kitchen is perfect for preparing meals while still being able to be with your guests. In the hallway is a half bathroom.
The main suite (Bedroom #1) has a king-size bed and access to the oceanview balcony. The attached ensuite bathroom has two vanities, a walk-in shower, and a large jacuzzi tub.
There are two additional bedrooms located on the opposite side of the spacious condo. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and a door that will take you to the patio that overlooks the pool courtyard. Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed. There is an additional full bathroom, in the hallway, right beside both of these bedrooms.
For your convenience, this condo has a full-size washer and dryer.
