On the top level of the home are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has king bed, a private door to access the top-floor porch and its own attached full bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Across the hallway from this bedroom is the second and third bedrooms one room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and an optionally connecting bedroom with a queen bed. 
The middle level of 8 Sandalwood charmingly welcomes you with a semi-formal entry foyer and a welcoming sitting area, doubling as an additional gathering space. Additionally on this level of the home are three more bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is a sprawling primary bedroom retreat with a king bed, sitting area, access to the covered porches, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower and clawfoot soaking tub. On the opposite side of the middle level are two additional bedrooms, separated by a full bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a king bed with a private door leading onto the covered porch, and the sixth bedroom has a queen bed.
