19th Street Sandbar
Welcome to 19th Street Sandbar, a true oceanfront retreat nestled along the shores of beautiful Tybee Island. Offering panoramic Atlantic Ocean views, multiple beachfront decks, and direct access to the sand just steps away, this coastal townhome delivers the ultimate beachfront experience for families, couples, and small groups seeking an unforgettable island getaway.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, 19th Street Sandbar features two spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite occupies a privileged position on the top floor, where floor-to-ceiling windows showcase spectacular ocean views. Guests can step directly onto the private covered balcony to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic or simply enjoy the peaceful sights and sounds of the shoreline. The suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
Across the hall, the second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, creating a comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangement for families, children, or additional guests. A full hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combination conveniently serves both this bedroom and the common areas.
The townhome welcomes guests with a bright and inviting open-concept living space designed to showcase the breathtaking ocean views. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, while the fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area provide everything needed for family meals, beach snacks, and evenings spent relaxing after a day in the sun.

Accessible from the main living area, guests will find both a covered oceanfront deck and a spacious open-air deck, offering multiple places to relax while enjoying uninterrupted views of the beach. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise, reading a book while listening to the waves, or gathering with family for an evening under the coastal sky, these oceanfront decks quickly become the favorite spot in the house.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of dedicated on-site parking, with a covered parking area accommodating up to two vehicles. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.

It is a true oceanfront rental. Both decks look right out to the ocean and it’s a beautiful view. The lower deck is covered so better if it’s raining or really windy or too hot! The upper deck has very comfortable seating options. The house overall is very nice and can see the beach from the master bed! The entrance to the beach is right there and it’s at the quiet end of the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. The property management company is very nice and very quick at responding. It was a wonderful vacation and we will be back and we will rent this house again!

This house has an amazing view and is far enough away from all the hustle and bustle to enjoy sitting outside without constant traffic but close enough to everything the south end of the island has to offer! It’s perfectly located right over the dunes for quick access to the beach and has two beautiful decks that face the ocean with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! The house itself is very clean and inviting, it had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay! We look forward to staying in it again!

A wonderful rental property, my family (2 young children, 2 adults) had a blast during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped which made dining in easy (also BBQing as well). We had a wonderful time! Property is well appointed and just as pictured. The views from the balconies are spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We left some chairs, an umbrella and a cooler that we hope others will enjoy! Don’t bother packing a hairdryer. They had two there already. We will definitely stay here again.
