While staying at this coastal cottage, you will be within walking distance to the famous Tybee Pier and Pavilion. This spacious home also features 2 decks and unobstructed views. Beach access is a boardwalk at the end of this street next to the home.
The main living area of the home is on the bottom floor. The large living room has plenty of seating, a large High Definition TV and two sliding doors leading to the covered carport area, connecting the living room to the kitchen is a small hallway, and off of the hallway is a full bathroom. The fully appointed kitchen has brand new appliances and counter-seating. Next to the kitchen is the dining room area. Conveniently located off of the kitchen is a large deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill.
On the top floor of the home are the 4 spacious bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed with large flat screen tv.
Bedroom #2 is a spacious room with a queen-size bed and High Definition television.
Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed, High Definition television, and direct access to the home’s oceanfront sun room and top floor deck.
Bedroom #4 is the main bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom. The main bedroom also has direct access to the home’s oceanfront sun room and top floor deck.
The top floor sun room and deck have panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The deck is the perfect area for gathering your entire group. The sun room and deck are perfect for watching large container ships pass by the beach, stars twinkle in the sky or an unforgettable Tybee sunrise.
Off of the hallway on the top floor is a half bathroom that also has access to a shower. This bathroom has shared shower access with the main bedroom. Each door may be locked for privacy.
#1 “Tybee Time” comfortably sleeps 10 people with a provided Queen air mattress.
The beach crossover is located directly next to #1 “Tybee Time”. Also, many of Tybee’s most popular restaurants and shops are located within a couple of blocks from the home. Locals and visitors alike rave over the Breakfast Club that is located two streets away!
