This property is in an excellent location. It’s steps from the beach, a corner lot, and only a few blocks from restaurants/shops. It also was clean and communication with property management was great. I only gave 3 stars for the fact that the listing was inaccurate and said sleeps 6 with a sleeper sofa, which we needed since my older kids didn’t want to sleep together. I asked about it and was told they changed the sofa, and they were nice to drop off an air mattress for us. Overall, our family trip to Tybee was a great experience, and will come visit again!!

The Cottage is our go to place for our annual vacation stay. It's an excellent location, convenient to so much within walking distance. It's well equipped. Light, bright and clean and with comfortable beds. The staff at the office are always super helpful and very responsive to answer any questions we may have had. We highly recommend this little diamond on the island.

We've been vacationing in Tybee Island/Savannah over the holidays for the last seven or so years. We're very familiar with the Island, and what's out there as far as rentals. We were so pleasantly surprised by this place. Very nice updates, beautiful art, very tastefully furnished and just a nice, beachy vibe. We usually stay Mid-Beach, but really found ourselves enjoying the south beach area this cottage is in. Your right on the ocean. The back deck was much larger than the ones in the condos we've been staying at. We loved sitting out there, listening to the surf and watching for the large ships to go by. Big thumbs up for this place, it's our new favorite.

We were blown away by this property, the pictures dont do it justice! Everything was immaculately clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The absolute best part of this property is the location. It is just steps from the beach access and maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach if that. You can see the ocean from the patio but there is a large sand dune that partially obstructs the view, however this takes nothing away from the patio. The property is within easy walking distance from shopping and dining. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend staying here!

This is the perfect place to stay for a beach vacation. The condo was spacious enough for two couples and close enough to shops and restaurants for walking. The sand dunes and foliage offered a lot of privacy, yet you can still sit on the porch and look out over the ocean. We would definitely come back!

An additional fee of $95 for a single pet, and $65 for multiple pets is required. The guest is responsible for the cleaning up and/or removal of all pet excrement. Cats are not permitted. Tybee Island is very pet-friendly but, unfortunately PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEACH. We have two great dog parks!
