This custom built Oceanfront home has been recently renovated and features luxuries such as an elevator, HD TVs and brand new furnishings.

Seashore Colony is located in a private neighborhood with no public parking and no through traffic. Each street features private beach access. While staying at 7 Palmwood you will be within walking distance to the Historic Tybee Lighthouse which may be seen from multiple windows in the home. Tybee's Jaycee park with playground, jogging/bike path, and duck pond is also one block away.
The home features a brand new private pool! The pool is 10ft wide x 20ft long with a 5ft tanning ledge (only a few inches of water, perfect for kids to splash around!) and may be heated upon request. You can only have a heated pool or hot tub, but both cannot be heated at the same time. Pool depth is approximately 3.5ft in the shallow end to 5ft in the deep end; built-in seating around the perimeter of the deep end. The hot tub is 6ft square with 6 jets and a waterfall that flows into the pool. Poolside outdoor shower (cold water only). NOTE: Security camera in use at pool 24/7. No use of pool, hot tub or pool area after 10 pm (to avoid disturbing neighbors).
This spacious and comfortable two-story home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The first level of the home has the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry with 2 single sleeper chairs.
The living room has an ocean view, large flat screen tv, and an oversized comfortable sectional sofa. There is no sleeper sofa in the Living room. Perfectly situated between the living room and the kitchen is the large driftwood-inspired reclaimed wood dining table with seating for 14. The large kitchen overlooks the pool area and lush tropical landscaping. Conveniently within the kitchen is an additional dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen has plenty of space with high-end appliances that include a gas cooktop (4 burners) and gas double oven for those that love to cook.
In the kitchen is a built-in desk for setting up your mobile office.
All of the bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home.
The spacious Master suite has fabulous views, a King bed, HD tv, and a walk-in closet with built-in shelving. The attached Master suite bathroom features a large shower and double vanity.
Bedroom #2 has unbelievable unobstructed Ocean views with a King bed.
Bedroom #3 and #4 each have a Queen bed.
Bedroom #5 and #6 each have a King bed.
There are two full bathrooms located on the top floor.
On the ground level is parking for 4 vehicles – 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway (only 2 allowed in the driveway at any time; all others must be parked in the garage)
Washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, local phone service, & free WiFi are included.
Beach towels are not provided.
Private neighborhood with no public parking or public beach access.
Sorry, no pets or other animals of any kind, and no smoking. No exceptions- the owner regularly stays at this home and has severe asthmatic allergies.
PLEASE READ- MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
A 3-night minimum stay is required on stays except for June, July & August (5-night minimum) & Holidays (7-night minimum.)
The Summer months of June, July and August are a 5 Night Minimum.
Thanksgiving & Christmas is a 7 night minimum at Season rate.
2 Night stays considered during Off Season dates.
If there are gaps between reservations of at least 2 nights, we will reserve those days.
