7 Palmwood Court
If you and your family want to experience an unforgettable beach vacation, look no further. The memories you will make while staying in 7 Palmwood will last a lifetime. Seashore Colony is located in a private neighborhood with no public parking and no through traffic. Each street features private beach access. While staying at 7 Palmwood, you will be within walking distance to the historic Tybee Lighthouse, which may be seen from multiple windows in the home. Tybee's Jaycee Park, with a playground, jogging/bike path, and duck pond, is also one block away.
The home features a brand-new private pool! The pool is 10ft wide x 20ft long with a 5ft tanning ledge (only a few inches of water, perfect for kids to splash around!) and may be heated upon request*. You can only have a heated pool or hot tub, but both cannot be heated simultaneously. Pool depth is approximately 3.5ft in the shallow end to 5ft in the deep end; built-in seating is around the deep end's perimeter. The hot tub is 6ft square with six jets and a waterfall that flows into the pool. Poolside outdoor shower (cold water only). NOTE: Security camera in use at pool 24/7. No use of the pool, hot tub, or pool area after 9 p.m. (to avoid disturbing neighbors).
This spacious and comfortable two-story home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining.
The living room has an ocean view, large flat-screen TV, and an oversized comfortable sectional sofa. There is no sleeper sofa in the Living room. Perfectly situated between the living room and the kitchen is the large driftwood-inspired reclaimed wood dining table with seating for 14. The large kitchen overlooks the pool area and lush tropical landscaping. Conveniently within the kitchen is an additional dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen has plenty of space with high-end appliances that include a gas cooktop (4 burners) and a gas double oven for those that love to cook.
In the kitchen is a built-in desk for setting up your mobile office.
All of the bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home.
The spacious main suite has fabulous views, a king bed, an HDTV, and a walk-in closet with built-in shelving. The attached ensuite bathroom features a large shower and double vanity.
Bedroom #2 has unbelievable unobstructed Ocean views with a king bed.
Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have a queen bed.
Bedrooms #5 and #6 each have a king bed.
There are two full bathrooms located on the top floor.
This home has a gas grill.
Parking for four vehicles – 2 cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway (only 2 allowed in the driveway at any time; all others must be parked in the garage)
Washer and dryer.
Beach towels are not provided.
Private neighborhood with no public parking or public beach access.
Sorry, no pets or other animals of any kind, and no smoking. No exceptions- the owner regularly stay at this home and has severe asthmatic allergies.
**HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER: Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $30 per day. The pool may be heated to a max temperature of 75 degrees. The temperature will decrease during the night, especially if the temperature falls below 45 degrees. Cold rain and ground temperature will also contribute to the maximum pool temperature.
You must contact a member of our reservation staff 48 hours before your arrival to add the heated pool option.

First off, every member of the family told me they had a fantastic time here. The house was spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the views were incredible. The garage fit our three vehicles, the elevator made getting luggage to the bedrooms a breeze, and having two laundry dryers made washing clothes and towels go quick. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of stove burners and a dual oven to help get things cooking. Being within an easy walk to the beach was icing on the cake of this property. The kids loved the Marine Science Center that was just a 1/4 mile walk up the beach. The pool and spa were great ways to play and relax when we wanted water without waves. Sitting on the porch watching the boats go by, feeling the breeze, and hearing the ocean waves was a relaxing way to while away the hours.

Our family of 13 shared a wonderful vacation at this amazing home. The description really doesn't do this home justice.
