There are perhaps only a few homes on Tybee that can boast a private neighborhood and this home is centrally located in the midst of all of it. While here on Tybee, you experience a rich historic past. The homes of Officer’s Row are historic and beautiful. While touring the neighborhood you will see how perfectly the newer homes match the architectural style of Officer’s Row. Seashore Colony was built to be architecturally compatible with Officer’s Row but located beach front. This lovely neighborhood is private with no public parking and no through traffic. Each street features a private beach access. You are just a small block away from Tybee’s JayCee Park with playground, jogging/bike path and duck pond. The Tybee Lighthouse is also only a short distance away and can be seen from multiple windows in the home!
The home features a brand new private pool! Pool is 10ft wide x 20ft long with a 5ft tanning ledge (only a few inches of water, perfect for kids to splash around!) and may be heated upon request. You can only have heated pool or hot tub, but both cannot be heated at the same time. Pool depth is approximately 3.5ft in the shallow end to 5ft in the deep end; built-in seating around the perimeter of the deep end. Hot tub is 6ft square with 6 jets and a waterfall that flows into the pool. Poolside outdoor shower (cold water only).
NOTE: Security camera in use at pool 24/7. No use of pool, hot tub or pool area after 10pm (to avoid disturbing neighbors).
This beautiful, comfortable two story home has a traditional floor plan with the living, dining, kitchen, laundry with 2 single sleepers located on the main level of the home. There is no sleeper in the living room. The living level has an open floor plan perfect for entertaining.
The living room has comfortable furnishings that are both elegant and inviting. A large flat screen television, a new white sectional sofa and an additional sofa welcome you to enjoy visiting with friends and family.
The dining area features a driftwood-inspired reclaimed wood dining table that boasts seating for 14. Gather your entire family for a seaside dining experience!
The kitchen is open into the living and dining areas. It is complete with everything you would need for entertaining, and the conveniences of a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker (Regular Mr. Coffee Drip Pot), toaster, blender, glassware, and much more. There is a gas cook top (4 burner) and electric double oven for those that love to cook and share the experience. There is also a built in desk in the kitchen area for your laptop.
On the top floor is a huge master suite with king bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet with built-in shelving and fabulous views. The master bath features a large shower and double vanity. There is a small sitting area in the master suite, as well.
Also on the top level are five additional bedrooms (3 kings and 2 queens) each sharing the 2 common full baths.
On the ground level is parking for 4 vehicles – 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway (only 2 allowed in driveway at any time; all others must be parked in garage)
Washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, local phone service, cable televisions, & WiFi.
Beach towels are not provided.
Private neighborhood with no public parking or public beach access.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking. (No exceptions.)

PLEASE READ- MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
A 3 night minimum stay is required on stays except for June, July & August (5 night minimum) & Holidays (7 night minimum.)
The Summer months of June, July and August are a 5 Night Minimum.
Thanksgiving & Christmas is a 7 night minimum at Season rate.
2 Night stays considered during Off Season dates.
If there are gaps between reservations of at least 2 nights, we will reserve those days.
