Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00 pm

Check In & Out

Guest acknowledges and understands that CHECKOUT time is no later than 10:00 a.m. and CHECK IN time is no earlier than 3:00 p.m., and the OWNER cannot and will not guarantee early check in or late checkout requests.

Cancellations

All reservations become binding upon Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC receipt of the non-refundable rental fee required at the time the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable rental fee shall be forfeited unless Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC can re-rent the property for the same dates. We will also provide you with 1 year to reschedule your cancelled rental (within 1 year from original date booked), and any monies paid would be applied as a credit towards that stay. Trip Interruption/Cancellation Insurance is available through Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC and other 3rd party vendors to cover most circumstances that would result in a cancellation.

Pet Policy

If OWNER’S property is designated as a “pet-friendly” property, GUEST is responsible for the cleaning up and/or removal of all pet excrement. Homes allowing pets are limited to one mature house-trained dog, cats are not permitted. There is a individual weight/size/breed limitation, it is different for each home. It is at the owners discretion. An additional fee of $95 for a single pet, and $65 for multiple pets is required. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEACH

Parties & Events

Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC does not rent properties for the purpose of celebrating an event (Graduation or Prom related, Birthday Parties, Wedding Receptions, etc.) or to individuals whose intention is to allow people on the property in excess of the occupancy limits of the Property for any reason. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION FROM THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND OF ANY RENTAL CHARGES.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside ANY of our rental properties. If there is evidence that smoking has occurred inside the property you will be charged an additional $150 cleaning and ionization service fee. This policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED and IS NOT covered by the Damage Deposit Waiver option. Smoking is only permitted on the outside balconies/decks.

Website and Properties

While our goal is total accuracy, Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, LLC is not responsible for changes made to the property by the owners without our knowledge or for input errors in our brochures or website. Matters of personal taste, style and quality may vary from unit to unit. We make every effort to accurately relay property information via pictures, descriptions, relative pricing and a knowledgeable staff; however, property descriptions, contents and rental rates are subject to change.

Maintenance

Although we cannot guarantee the operation of all appliances, our staff makes every effort to keep the equipment and appliances in good working order. We have a 24-hour emergency phone to report major appliance, plumbing or air conditioning problems. Agents, authorized employees or repairmen may enter the premises during business hours for purposes connected with repair, care or maintenance of rental unit. We will do our best to have any malfunction repaired quickly; however, NO DISCOUNTS OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EQUIPMENT OR APPLIANCE FAILURE .

Housekeeping

Your unit will be equipped with bed linens, bath and kitchen towels and bath and kitchen amenities. Our housekeepers will clean the rental unit after you check out. Additional cleaning services during your rental period may be arranged at an additional charge. At the end of your stay, you need to take out all garbage, wash and leave all dishes, utensils, etc. clean and ready for the next renter and return all furniture to its original location to avoid additional housekeeping charges.
