Enhanced Housekeeping Practices to Protect our Guests and Team. 

At Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, offering a high quality clean and safe vacation rental is at the core of our company mission. The OCR housekeeping team is engaged in daily business operation decisions and have been trained to carry out lodging-hospitality best practices.   

Due to COVID-19, we have made several enhancements to our existing industry-leading cleaning procedures.  

Enhanced procedures include, but are not limited to the following:

• Our staff will be wearing gloves and masks when in homes.
  
• Disinfecting and sanitizing all high-touch surfaces* with EPA registered disinfectants.
  
• All laundry is being processed off-site in commercial washers and dryers using the highest heat settings.
  
• We have removed all decorative linens and pillows. 
• All beds are being made without decorative linens. 
  

 *High-touch surfaces include but are not limited to light switches, countertops, device remote controls, door handles, furniture handles, thermostats, exterior porch rails, interior stair rails, elevators, and more.
