The Pelican House

Brand new to the Oceanfront Rental's Vacation home collection is this stunning Tybee vacation home retreat known as "The Pelican House." (Being redecorated in Fall 2022.) This modern beach home is steps away from the beach, located at 1014 Bay Street, Tybee Island, and features an optional heated or cooled private saltwater outdoor pool, pool table, ping pong table, and more. 

This living and entertaining space is located on the middle floor of the home and, while being an open floor space, still manages to feature designated special areas that allow your group to gather or have their own space. 
The main living room is centrally located between the pool table area and a large built-in bar with a mini fridge. An additional conversation living room area is located between the formal dining room and the luxurious kitchen. Off of the kitchen and dining area is a large screened-in porch that overlooks the pool and gorgeous tropical landscaping. This home features two convenient half bathrooms, one is located off of the formal living space on the second floor, and one is located on the ground level near the pool.  
The private outdoor space has poolside seating, a poolside propane grill, and one of the most gorgeous outdoor pools on Tybee. This saltwater pool may be heated or cooled* for an additional daily fee.
On the home's top floor are three-bedroom suites and a guest bedroom located off of the interior mezzanine balcony. 
Bedroom suite #1 has a large king bed, an attached full bathroom with a stand-up shower, and separate couple vanities. Bedroom suite #2 has a king bed and an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bedroom suite #3 has a king bed and an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bedroom #4 is a cozy retreat with a queen bed. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is conveniently located on the top floor of this home. 
The home's temperature-controlled elevator may be accessed from the garage or any level of the home.
"The Pelican House" is less than a mile from Tybee's Shoppes at the Oaks, where you will find Seaside Sisters, Tybean Coffee Shop, Huc-A-Poos restaurant, and many other locally owned unique shops.

HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER: The pool will not be heated from December through February. Guests can add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $30 per day. The pool may be heated to a max temperature of 75 degrees. The temperature will decrease during the night, especially if the temperature falls below 45 degrees. Cold rain and ground temperature will also contribute to the maximum pool temperature.
You must contact a member of our reservation staff 72 hours before your arrival to add the heated pool option.
