The Brass Rail condo complex has two pools, a hot tub, pavilion areas and is right around the corner from the famous Tybee Pier and Pavillion. The Brass Rail condos are one building away from the beach crossover.
The luxury Brass Rail 103, “Beach Daze” condo is one of the few condos in the complex that features two pools. The poolside patio features plenty of seating and lounge chairs. On the opposite side of the condo is an ocean view covered patio that faces 15th Street. This patio is accessed through the living room or the primary bedroom. This peaceful private patio is perfect for enjoying a Tybee sunrise or relaxing in the morning and afternoons. There is also a gas grill on the covered patio.
The airy open living space floor plan of the condo is the perfect setup for a vacation home and is furnished with plush coastal decor. The living area has comfortable seating, a large TV and is convenient to the dining and kitchen space. The formal dining table has seating for six with additional dining seating at the counter overlooking the kitchen. While staying at “Beach Daze” don’t forget to challenge your travel companions to a game on the vintage full-size arcade game. The kitchen is furnished with new appliances and granite countertops.
Conveniently there is a half-bathroom and laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer off of the hallway.
The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, an attached private bathroom with jetted tub and stand-up shower, and a doorway that leads to the ocean view balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed view of the poolside patio. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and a doorway that leads to the poolside patio. A full bathroom, in the hallway, with a tub/shower combination is convenient to bedrooms two and three.
You may park two standard-size vehicles (7’ clearance) at the Brass Rail condos. Golf carts are not allowed in the Brass Rail condo complex.
