The beach is calling you to experience 525 Summerwinds on Tybee Island. 525 Summerwinds is located at Tybee's Beachside Colony Resort. This Oceanfront resort features 2 pools, elevator access, and the popular onsite restaurant, The Deck. 525 Summerwinds is a cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo with a spacious deck. From the deck, you will have an ocean glimpse and on a quiet day hear the waves crash against the shower. You will be one building back from the beach while staying at 525 Summerwinds. This convenient location is also right across the street from Tybee's Memorial park. Tybee's Memorial park has a playground, basketball courts, tennis courts and plenty of space for a picnic in the park. 

This coastal condo is all on one level with an open floor plan. The fully appointed kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. There is a dine on counter overlooking the kitchen. The dining room table has seating for 4. Located right next to the dining area is the living room area with plenty of seating for your entire group. The large spacious deck may be accessed from the living room area or the main bedroom retreat. On the deck is plenty of seating for enjoying meals outside or simply gathering for an evening game of cards or board game. 

The main suite has a comfortable king size bed, large high definition television, direct access to the balcony, and a spacious ensuite full bathroom. The attached full bathroom has a shower and bathtub combination with double sink vanity. The second bedroom has a day bed with a twin trundle underneath. This second bedroom shares a common full bathroom with the third bedroom. The common full bathroom may be accessed from the hallway. The third bedroom has a spacious queen-size bed, television, and seating area.
For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo and free WiFi. 

*Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only. When heated the pool temperature depends on the weather, ground temperature, and electronic variables. Pool heat is not a guaranteed amenity.  

Parking for 2 vehicles. Cars will be parked one in front of the other in the covered parking area under the building. Spaces are marked.
