While staying at this oceanfront townhome, you have easy access to the amenities located within the Beachside Colony Resort. Amenities include two pools and quick access to The Deck oceanfront restaurant.
The entry level of the home includes a garage, a ground-level patio, and an entry foyer. The ground-level deck is a semi-secluded space with an outdoor shower, seating, gas grill, and beach access. The main foyer stairway will lead you to the middle level with breathtaking unobstructed ocean views. The home's middle level features a spacious open floor plan with updated furniture, appliances, and coastal decor. Enjoy sunrises and dining outdoors while relaxing around the outdoor dining table on the patio. The living area includes two fold-out twin sleeper chairs, a comfortable couch, and large HD TV. The dining table has seating for your entire group. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cookware, updated appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and ocean views. Bedroom 1 is located on this floor, with a queen bed and HD TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall.
The top floor of the home features two main suites. Bedroom 2 is an oceanfront suite with a private covered balcony overlooking the Atlantic ocean. This bedroom has a king bed, HD TV, and an attached full bathroom. The attached full bathroom has double vanities, a jetted tub, and a shower. Bedroom 3 is another main suite with a king bed, HD TV, and private bathroom. There is a laundry closet in the hallway with a full-size washer and dryer.
The convenient location is right across Memorial Park's street with a new playground, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and the YMCA. The park is the perfect area to walk your dogs if you decide to bring them on your beach vacation!
Parking for two vehicles, one in the garage and one directly outside of the townhome. Oversized vehicles are not recommended to park in the garage.

Very nice property. Steps from the beach. Loved the views, especially from the upper balcony. So fun watching dolphins, windsurfers and cargo ships coming and going! North Beach Rentals were great setting up our chairs and umbrellas. The tandem garage was a nice surprise. Great spot for a nice relaxing family getaway.

Such a beautiful beach! We loved being able to see it from our windows and access it so easily. The condo is beautiful inside, nicely furnished and decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped for the chefs in our crew. Clearly the owners really care about the guest experience! VERY close to the beach. Walk out back door and only steps away from the sand. Walk out the front door and only steps away from the pools. View of the beach from the two inside balconies was beautiful. No problems except Wi-Fi and cable would go in and out, however, I believe owner was having that checked the day we arrived. It wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t spend any time watching TV, but we did need to use a lot of cellular data. Don’t let that deter anyone from renting this property. There are too many positive things to mention!
This is awesome! We are overjoyed that you and your family loved staying at Atlantic Ocean 6! You are so right! The beach is steps away and so are the 2 pools or you can stay at the house and use the balconies to look at your oceanfront view! Yes we did just have Xfinity at the house to work on the connections issues. Thank you for being understanding while we sorted out that issue. Please come back and stay with us again so you can create more positive memories on Tybee!

This was our second trip to Tybee and our first stay at Beachside Colony. For this trip, convenience was our priority. Atlantic Ocean 6 was perfect for our needs. We loved being able to walk out of our condo directly to the beach. Being close to the pool and on site restaurant was nice. The views from our balconies were amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. I highly recommend Atlantic Ocean 6 and would definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful so even though the weather was lousy, we could hear the waves and watch the ships come. Great location, highly recommend!
