Enjoy this fabulous retreat with all the amenities and walking distance of the Tybee Pier and Atlantic Ocean. Newly constructed in June 2007, this fabulous 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath duplex home is beautifully appointed. It is located on the beautiful south end of the Island, just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. There is a convenient elevator to accommodate luggage, groceries and those needing help with the stairs.
  • Sit and relax at your small private pool, after getting some sun on the beach. This home can accommodate up to 4 vehicles (one SUV outside the garage, 2 standard vehicles under the garage, and one more standard in front of the garage).
  • The top floor of this home features the spacious living area with loveseat and chairs. Enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV with cable, and DVD player; entertain your guests with the 5 disk stereo system. There is one master bedroom with King bed on this top floor, with private bath. There is also a 1/2 bath on the top floor.
  • The kitchen is just as modern with brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, cooking equipment, and flatware. The dining area has seating for 8, then the counter has 2 barstools. Enjoy the outside deck with a partial ocean view.
  • The lower level of this home has a smaller sitting area with television and wet bar. The second bedroom is on this floor and features a queen bed, private bath, and television. The third bedroom has a university bunk which features a double over a double bed, plus television.
  • The fourth bedroom has two twins (bunk bed) and a television. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed plus television, and private bath.
  • The home is complete with washer and dryer, linens, towels, local phone service, and cable television. Please bring your own beach towels and beach chairs!
