SunCatcher on 600 Jones Avenue is a Tybee Vacation Rental Home located mid island just 2 small blocks to the beach with easy access at the 6th Street beach crossover. This 80’s Tybee Cottage Rental has been updated and is so much fun. The home was totally renovated with all the comforts of brand new…but conveniently on ground level. Centrally located 1/4 block from Memorial Park with Gymnasium, Library, new playground and wonderful cook out facility with covered seating and in a quiet neighborhood setting.

SunCatcher features:

  • A gourmet kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinetry just completed by its Owners. Perfectly equipped for large and small meal preparation.
  • Wooden floors throughout the living, dining and kitchen including the 3 bedrooms make clean up a breeze. This Tybee Island cottage combines the old style with modern conveniences such as central heat and air and all comforts of a lovely home. The front yard has distinguished old pine trees. The rear yard is where is the action is! Fenced yard with oak trees encourage you to relax at a slower pace in the out of doors. Play horse shoes along the side of the house or grill out with friends and family.
  • The updated master suite is incredibly spacious with king bed, flat screen TV and beautifully renovated bathroom.
  • The second bedroom has 2 queen beds (sleeps 4), flat screen TV and shares the new full bathroom with tub/shower combination. This bathroom may also be accessed from the hallway.
  • The third bedroom has a queen bed with flat screen TV.
  • All bedding is upgraded and inviting for luxurious sleeping. All mattresses and bedding are brand new as is all of the living room furniture as of May, 2013.
  • An open floor plan allows Guests to enjoy cooking while visiting with friends and family. There is a dine on counter for 3 plus bistro table in the kitchen are to chat with friends in the kitchen.
  • The dining table is easily accessible and seats 8 guests easily at the dining table.
  • Comfortable seating in the living area includes a large leather sofa and love seat. This area adjoins the kitchen and dine on bar.
  • This home has been ”opened up” so that the once formal living room has a half wall combining the living area and casual den open into each other for more fun for all! A total of 2 sleepers and one love seat are in the 2 rooms. Comfortable chairs are also in the room.
  • New Central heat and air
  • The rear patio is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Gas Grill, 2 sets of patio furniture and 2 tables encourage grilling out and relaxing in the back yard.
