2 Dolphin Lookout is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that is oceanfront and just steps to the beach. This Tybee Vacation Home has a large, covered balcony for watching sun rises, dining, reading, or just watching the dolphins. You can take the front steps to the beach or simply take the elevator. You are within easy walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shopping district.

You can watch the sun rise without getting out of bed from the king bed in the master bedroom. The living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, and large dining table with seating for 6 + Dine on counter that seats for 4. Spacious kitchen is complete with all appliances including built in microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, plus all the essentials. You can enjoy preparing meals, viewing cable television, visiting with family and friends while also watching the activity on the beach from the entire living/dining/kitchen area.

• Wireless internet is provided or you can connect directly to the modem. There are 4 cable televisions in this home.
• The master bedroom of 2 Dolphin Lookout has a king bed with access to the deck. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed + daybed; while the second guest bedroom offers a full bed.
• A toddler bed is provided for your little one. All three bedrooms have cable television.
• The furnishings are lovely and practical. The laundry room contributes a nice touch since it is fully appointed and a room unto itself. There is also a sleeper sofa. Don’t forget your beach towels!
• This home has parking for 2 vehicles (anything larger than a Lincoln Navigator or Chevy Tahoe will not fit), and easy elevator access for luggage and groceries.
